COMPANY BACKGROUND

Since the beginning of our establishment, we are determined to focus on service to clients because our founder and executive team are very aware that this is the most important thing to gain trust from clients.We start with with understanding our client’s needs and then finding the right solution. However We go beyond the point of just understanding what is the best for the client and keep looking for insurance solutions that trully benefit our customers. We don’t stop after signing the contract but are always on the lookout for improvement.

We also have a highly respected reputation throughout the insurance industry and are regarded as being at the leading edge of our profssion in terms of innovation, product development and servicing standards.

We earn the trust of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK) to operate as a Licensed Insurance Broker under the new name PT Rays Solusi Broker Asuransi (RAYS SOLUTIONS) on February 26, 2021 after acquiring an insurance broker company, PT Proteksi Indonesia with deed of establishment 18 June 2015 through operating license No KEP-517/NB.1/2015.

For us this is only the beginning of our story and we will continue to be reliable partner with an ever stronger value proposition.

President Commissioner

Started her career since 1981 and with more than 40 years of experience in Insurance, especially in financing, she served as Finance Director in several leading insurance companies and Insurance Broker Companies. Her extensive experiences and capability will lead Rays Solutions to become a preferred Insurance Broker that adheres to the OJK’s and government’s rules.

RUSTIATI ANDRIAS

Commissioner

Graduated from Institut Pertanian Bogor in 1989, she had worked for 30 years in several Insurance companies specialized in Health Insurance. Her good experience in Management would certainly bring Rays Solutions into a better and bigger Insurance Brokerage Company.

DIAN PALUPI ANGGARAWATI

President Director

Dian is a key part of the management team, armed with Actuarial and Economic education background with more than 20 years experience in several Insurance companies, she held important positions in some Insurance Industry companies. Armed with excellent technical and marketing skills. She has been able and proven to make Rays Solutions advanced and get the trust of various clients from various industries.

MELLY KOHAR

Director

With more than 25 years of experience in Insurance Brokerage Company, especially Health Insurance, she handles local and multinational companies with variations in the number of participants with all the complexity of tailor-made product designs.
